Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
